James’s own favourite cookbook, is a “big fat one called The French Laundry, by Thomas Keller”

When I first received my copy I tried the Lemon Sabayon Pine Nut Tart and it turned out wonderfully well, but I think it will be a while yet before I attempt James’s favourite Striped Bass with Artichoke Ravioli.

Text Box: If you’re looking for that little bit extra:-
Why not try a James Martin knife block - highly recommendable!
Or something from James’s range of mixers and blenders,
or his Stellar lamina cookware collection.

Also available are James Martin electronic scales, electric wok, digital steamer, steam n lean grill and three piece breakfast collection.

Or choose from a range of James Martin kitchen textiles - aprons, oven gloves, etc, or the newly launched Denby oven-to-table ware.
